Niketa Kulkarni
Co-founder. Leads the firm’s evidence-to-strategy and development-aid program work.
Niketa is one of the firm’s two co-founders and leads its work on evidence, evaluation and program design.
Two decades of research, evaluation and advisory work across southeast Asia, the Pacific, India, and sub-Saharan Africa, most recently as Lead Principal Consultant in International Development at Clear Horizon. Her practice spans gender and inclusion, locally-led approaches, and the kind of measurement work that strengthens decision-making.
She’s particularly drawn to engagements that take inclusion seriously — designing evaluation work that gathers perspectives from across stakeholder ecosystems, including the people whose lives the work is meant to reach.
Abhilash Mudaliar
Co-founder. Leads the firm’s strategy, capital and resource mobilisation work.
Abhilash is one of the firm’s two co-founders and leads its work on strategy, capital and resource mobilisation.
Two decades in leadership roles across non-profits, philanthropic foundations and impact investment firms in India, Australia and the US — building practice in impact strategy, fund design, and the connective tissue between funders and the organisations doing the work. Sits on a number of boards, grant committees and advisory bodies in the impact space.
He’s particularly interested in designing and building new initiatives seeking to fill gaps in the impact ecosystem.
